After graduating from the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities at Sophia University in Tokyo, completed a Master's degree in Anthropology (Audiovisual Module) at Tallinn University in Estonia. I worked for three years on an international cruise ship as a shore excursion agent, and also two years at the NHK World Japan as a news video editor.
