The 10th Peloponnisos Documentary Festival in Kalamata, running for ten days, offers a rich program of films by renowned creators that explore fascinating and important aspects of human life. The films cover a wide variety of topics, such as history, cultural heritage, war and its consequences, refugee issues, migration, abuse, the need for justice, mental health, and the challenges of modern everyday life. Additionally, stories from different cultures and traditions will be presented, with special emphasis on memory, societal evolution, and the relationship between humans and nature. Apart from screenings, the festival includes discussions with filmmakers, providing an opportunity for dialogue and idea exchange. It is a unique gathering for those who love documentaries and cinema as a means of expression and social awareness.
